A new agency to the United Way in 2020, was awarded funds for their Caring Closet which will provide students with basic needs such as clothing, hygiene products and a food pantry for families in need. The funds will also be used to introduce a reward program for students who practice positive behavior.

A new agency in 2020 was awarded funds for their immunization clinic which offers rewards to young children who show bravery during vaccinations. The VW County Health District strives to provide their clients with the best possible service in a friendly, honest and compassionate manner. Last year they served 1,924 clients and gave 4,469 immunizations.
A new agency to the United Way in 2020, VWCHS was awarded funds to help cover veterinarian bills, food, cleaning supplies and medical treatment expenses of the animals housed at the adoption center. Advocating for companion pets and focusing on the health/well being of the animals is the primary concern for the Humane Society.
At Crime Victim Services, we believe communities thrive when all members prevail over trauma and support one another with empathy and respect. Since 1981, we’ve been leading the way in education, advocacy, and outreach to facilitate healing in West Central Ohio.
The mission of Wee Care Learning Center is to assist all children by providing a consistent, secure and safe atmosphere in which each child can grow and develop at his/her own pace. Also provides scholarships for at risk children.
The mission of the West Ohio Food Bank is to find, rescue, and distribute food to people living in poverty through an efficient network uniting the public and private sectors; to raise awareness of the impact of poverty.
