The Board of Trustees consists of a diverse group of individuals representing villages and townships in Van Wert County, business sectors of labor, industry, professional, retail; and members-at-large. Executive Board members are also part of the Board of Trustees.

Admissions and Review Committee
The Admissions and Review Committee gathers each year to interview each agency applying for funding. Agencies apply for funding each year and applications are reviewed by the Admissions and Review Committee to determine how funds are distributed.
