American Red Cross

Aids in supplying families with smoke detectors for their homes.

Provides character building and recreation for boys.

CERT – Community Emergency Response Team

CERT is an organization dedicated to preparing and training individuals and their families to help themselves and their community in the event of an emergency situation (natural disaster or other) that can arise. CERT’s goal during such events is to assist the most amount of people in the least amount of time.

CHP – Hospice & Adult Day Care

To provide comprehensive, progressive, community-based health care services to the people of NW Central Ohio and surrounding areas.

Provides summer recreation for children.

Crestview Latchkey

Provides a safe environment for children before and after school.

Crisis Care Line

Provides shelter, counseling, support, transportation and other related assistance to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and to their dependent children.

Provides a variety of services for senior citizens.

Family Health Care of Northwest Ohio, Inc.

Provides primary, dental and behavioral health care to individuals in our community who would most likely go without care.

The Angel Foundation is dedicated to fulfilling wishes for terminally-ill adults in Ohio.

Van Wert at the Goedde

This fund will be used to assist student/student’s family with food, water, electricity, clothing, transportation and programming to support family and student involvement at the school.

Van Wert County Humane Society

Advocating for companion pets and focusing on the health/well being of the animals is the primary concern for the Humane Society. Funds help cover veterinarian bills, food, cleaning supplies and medical treatment expenses of the animals housed at the adoption center.

Wee Care Learning Center

The mission of Wee Care Learning Center is to assist all children by providing a consistent, secure and safe atmosphere in which each child can grow and develop at his/her own pace.  Also provides scholarships for at risk children.

West Ohio Food Bank

The mission of the West Ohio Food Bank is to find, rescue, and distribute food to people living in poverty through an efficient network uniting the public and private sectors; to raise awareness of the impact of poverty.

Westwood Behavioral Health Center, Inc.

Provides large and small group therapy, and skill-building activities. The participants receive instruction that help increases their individual living skills including meal preparation and activities of daily living.
